InkLiaison provides tattoo discovery, artist tools, messaging, design workflows, and related paid features. Tattooing itself is performed by independent artists, not by InkLiaison.
Fees & deposits
Fees, subscription terms, deposits, included usage, revision limits, and add-on charges are shown in the relevant checkout, quote, order, or plan before purchase. All InkLiaison fees are exclusive of any artist tattooing fees.
Revisions
Revision allowances for paid design products are shown with that product or order. Additional revisions, when available, may require purchase or approval before work continues.
Refunds
Deposits are refundable within 48 hours of payment. After design work has begun, deposits become non-refundable but transferable to a future project.
Ownership & use
Final designs are licensed to you for personal use as a tattoo. We retain the right to display anonymised images of finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
InkLiaison is not the tattooing party and is not liable for outcomes of the tattooing procedure itself. Your relationship with the recommended artist is your own.
Communications
By submitting an inquiry or providing contact information, you agree that InkLiaison may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your account, inquiry, purchase, scheduling, design workflow, and related follow-up. Message and data rates may apply for texts, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for help. Consent to marketing text messages is not required to purchase paid features.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
